Refund Policy
This policy explains the refund scope, request information, and payment processing for VPNLJ subscriptions. Submit refund requests through a support ticket in the user panel. Before submitting, check the order status and the date of your first payment.
Request window and refund scope
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 7 days of your first payment. You do not need to report a connection issue or service fault, or complete troubleshooting first. The order payment record and ticket submission time are used to verify whether your request is within the window.
Submit a clear refund request within the window and identify the relevant order. If additional information is needed, reply in the original ticket so the time of your initial request can be verified. A general inquiry that does not state an intention to request a refund may not be recognized as a refund request.
This commitment applies to your first payment. It does not mean that every renewal, upgrade, or subsequent payment starts a new window. If multiple related orders are involved, list them together so the ticket can verify which payments are covered and avoid omissions or duplicate processing.
Eligibility and verification
If, after first using the service, you find that the route options, client setup, or app access do not meet your needs, you may request a refund within the window above. A successful connection, subscription import, or use of data does not automatically disqualify you from a refund without giving a reason.
This page does not set a data-use percentage or deduction threshold. For unusual data consumption, usage disputes, or account violations, the specific order, facts, and applicable Terms of Service should be reviewed. The ticket must explain the basis for the decision; a vague statement that the service was “used” is not sufficient on its own.
Payments made after the first-payment request window, unpaid orders, orders already refunded, and payments that cannot be matched to this service are not covered by the first-payment refund commitment above. You may still submit a ticket to review payment errors, duplicate payments, or disputed refund outcomes.
How to request a refund
Sign in to the user panel and open the support ticket page. State that you are requesting a refund and provide the order number, payment method, payment date, and amount. If the payment record needs verification, you may also provide transaction evidence. You may choose whether to explain the reason for your request.
Include only information related to the transaction, and redact unrelated account details. Do not submit your login password, payment password, private key, or recovery phrase. VPNLJ does not need these details to verify a refund.
Provide any follow-up information, payment-channel confirmations, and processing updates in the same ticket. If you cannot sign in for the moment, use the account recovery option provided in the panel. Do not post order evidence publicly, as it may reveal transaction information.
Refunds to the original payment method
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds are generally returned through the original payment channel, subject to that channel’s capabilities. If a refund through the original channel is unavailable, explain why in the ticket and confirm a workable method first. Do not switch to another recipient account on your own.
USDT transfers follow a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay. An on-chain transfer cannot be treated as a directly reversible original transaction. For USDT, first verify the original transaction record in the ticket, then confirm the receiving network, address, and refund arrangements. Do not send a receiving address and request a transfer without confirmation.
If exchange rates, network fees, or payment-channel restrictions apply, they should be clearly explained and confirmed before processing. This page does not set a universal conversion rule or allow undisclosed fees to alter the full-refund commitment.
Processing and refund status
Submitting a request, completing verification, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate steps. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel or on-chain confirmation. This page does not promise a fixed refund arrival time. Review the ticket updates alongside the payment channel’s transaction records.
If you have received confirmation that a refund was initiated but the funds have not arrived, add the latest transaction status to the original ticket for further review and to avoid duplicate requests. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that order end. Any adjustments to related subscriptions or data should be explained in the processing result.
If you have questions about eligibility or the payment outcome, reply to the ticket. See plan pricing for billing details and the Privacy Policy for information about how account data is handled.
