Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what data VPNLJ processes when you visit the website, manage an account or use subscription services, why it is processed, and what choices are available to you. Website analytics, account records and activity over international routes fall into different categories and are addressed separately below.

Account Data and Processing Purposes

VPNLJ does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password. Providing an email address is not a condition of registration, and you should not submit passwords, login credentials or complete subscription links in support tickets. Account credentials are used for authentication and account management. Subscription status and aggregated traffic data are used to determine service access, show remaining traffic and apply billing rules.

When you submit a support ticket, the service processes your description, attachments and replies to investigate issues and handle your request. If you voluntarily provide an email address during this exchange, it is used only to handle the related request and is not required for account registration. Before sharing screenshots, please conceal personal information unrelated to the issue.

Scope of the No-Logs Policy

VPNLJ does not record which websites users access over international routes. It does not store browsing content, visited domains, DNS queries or lists of destinations, and it does not retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's activity. These activity and connection logs have no retention period because the service does not save them as historical records.

Temporary operating state needed to maintain a connection is used only for current communications and is cleared when the connection ends or the state is released. Accumulated account-level traffic and subscription validity are billing data; they do not include specific destinations and are not used to build browsing profiles. The no-logs policy does not mean that account, order and support records are never retained.

Website Analytics and Local Storage

Analytics for the marketing website help assess page visits, referral categories and button clicks, identify broken links and improve content. These statistics describe use of the website itself. They do not represent records of users accessing other services over international routes and should not contain passwords, payment credentials or subscription tokens.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions and save login status and language preferences. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings; after doing so, you may need to log in again or select a language. After signing out, users of shared devices should also check for and clear any remaining session data. Browser settings do not replace submitting a data deletion request to the service.

Order Records and Third-Party Payments

VPNLJ retains account-linked order items, amounts, payment status and transaction reference information to activate subscriptions, verify payments and process refunds. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or network, whose own data processing rules also apply.

The service updates orders based on payment results and does not ask users to provide passwords or complete credentials for third-party payment accounts in support tickets. Relevant information is shared only as necessary to complete transactions, handle user requests or meet applicable obligations. Account data is not sold or exchanged.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained as needed while maintaining an account and subscription. Support ticket data is retained until the request, any necessary review and dispute handling are complete. Order data may be retained for payment verification, refunds and applicable record-keeping obligations. This policy does not promise the same retention period for every category. When the purpose for processing ends and there is no necessary basis for retention, data should be deleted or de-identified.

You can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account data. To prevent others from acting on your behalf, the service must verify account ownership. If some records must be retained, the relevant data categories and reasons will be explained. Related data in backups is cleared through normal rotation and is not a basis for further processing.

Policy Updates and Request Portal

VPNLJ updates this page when data processing purposes, service procedures or applicable requirements change, and revises the last-updated month at the top. Significant changes to the scope of processing will be explained through the website or a notice visible in the account. New purposes will not be applied retroactively as processing to which users have already agreed.

Submit privacy questions and rights requests through user panel support tickets. Service use rules are set out in the Terms of Service, and refund procedures are described in the Refund Policy. Each document addresses different aspects of the service relationship.
