Plans start at ¥9.9/month. Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, with a 7-day refund policy. Monthly plan data resets on the activation date; data packs never expire and remain valid until used.

Monthly Plan
Data resets monthly on your activation date
For people who regularly visit international websites, use AI tools or stream content. Estimate your needs based on the apps you use and how often you use them, then choose a data allowance. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days.
Light Use
Lite Monthly Plan
¥9.9/month
60GB / month
Unlimited devices at once
7-day refund policy
For browsing, reading and text-based collaboration. Use international routes when needed while keeping commonly used websites in mainland China on your local network, so your allowance goes toward requests that need an international route. Keep an eye on your remaining data if you stream often or transfer large files.
For a mix of everyday work and entertainment, such as using collaboration platforms during the day and streaming in your free time. Includes more data than the Lite plan, but usage is not unlimited. If you connect a computer and other devices at the same time, consider their combined data needs when choosing an allowance.

For frequent video streaming, regular use across multiple devices, or work that involves transferring large files. Of the listed monthly plans, this option has the lowest cost per GB. “Best value” refers only to this comparison and does not guarantee faster speeds or access to any platform.
For people whose international access needs are irregular and who don't want to plan around a monthly allowance. Unused data stays available and is consumed as you use it, until it runs out. The difference from a monthly plan is whether data replenishes each month—not whether apps use data. Compare the options based on your usage habits, not just the data amount.
Occasional Use
Lite Data Pack
¥158/pack

Never expires; valid until used
Unlimited devices at once
For occasional research, short-term use of collaboration tools, or usage that is hard to predict month to month. Unused data remains available and is not replaced when a new month begins. If you start streaming regularly, compare whether a monthly plan better fits your needs.
For people who want a larger data allowance but use it intermittently. Use more during busy project periods and keep the remaining data for later. This option means less monthly planning, but you should still monitor actual usage; a large allowance doesn't make background data transfers irrelevant.
For people who understand their needs and want to set aside a larger data allowance. Before choosing, check that your client setup, frequently used apps and server locations suit your use case. Don't choose this option solely because it has a large allowance. “Never expires” describes the data's validity, not an unlimited allowance.
Data packs do not provide a new allowance each month. This page does not specify how monthly plans and data packs combine or which is used first. If you need to change an existing plan, check the order details in your panel first.
AI tools and streaming apps use international routes according to their rules, while commonly used websites in mainland China stay on your local network. Split tunneling sends requests along an appropriate route rather than routing everything through the same region. After importing your subscription, check access in the apps you use most.
Server Coverage & Supported Devices
Servers in 90+ countries, with 190+ routes and unlimited devices at once. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Choose routes for each device based on the apps you use; your plan's data allowance still applies.
For AI Tools & Streaming
Choose a server location based on the region required by your AI tools or streaming services. Platforms may also consider your account region, content rights and their own policies when determining access. Network routes do not include platform memberships or guarantee that content will be available in a particular region.
Privacy Policy & Help
VPNLJ follows a no-logs policy; see the privacy policy for details. Find setup instructions in the Getting Started Guide. For billing or connection issues, sign in to the panel and submit a support ticket. Include the app, device platform and issue details to help distinguish configuration problems from route issues.
Both use app-based split tunneling; the difference is how data is replenished

When choosing a plan, first consider whether you need access regularly every month, then compare data allowances. A monthly plan is easier to budget for steady, everyday use; a data pack may suit concentrated periods of use followed by long stretches of inactivity. Device count doesn't need to determine your plan tier—the combined data usage of your apps matters more. Choose server locations based on the services you need; price alone can't tell you whether a location is compatible.

Review your plan and account
No email address required—create an account with a username and password. In the user panel, find the plan for the billing option you selected on this page and check its name, price and data allowance. If you already have a subscription, check its current status so you can distinguish an upgrade or continued use from additional data. The panel is separate from this marketing page; confirm your order there.
Choose a payment method and pay
After confirming your order, select Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and follow the checkout instructions. When paying with USDT, carefully verify the network, amount and recipient details shown at checkout; don't reuse saved details from a previous payment. Keep your order records and avoid placing duplicate orders while payment status is still pending.
Check your status and get your subscription
After payment, return to the user panel to check your order and subscription status, then go to the client download page for the app and subscription details. This marketing page does not provide public installation files or actual subscription URLs. If your payment record and panel status don't match, submit a support ticket with the relevant order details. Never share your account password or subscription credentials publicly.
7-day refund policy
Refund Requests & Usage Checks
After getting started, check your commonly used devices and apps: confirm the client imported correctly, the rules route each app to the selected region, and commonly used websites in mainland China remain accessible locally. Platforms make their own decisions about regions and accounts, independently of the network connection. Check network connectivity separately from whether your account has access.
To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket with the relevant order details. Keep your payment records. Check the refund policy for the terms and eligibility of the 7-day refund policy. This page does not promise a processing time. Follow up in your ticket and avoid duplicate requests that could split up your order details.
Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB or ¥658/3000GB and never expire until used.
How many devices can I use at once?
Use VPNLJ on unlimited devices at once. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so account for usage across all your devices when choosing a plan.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
Refunds are available within 7 days. Sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order details. Check the refund policy for eligibility and terms, and keep your order records before submitting your request.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel and review your order, select a payment method, and follow the checkout instructions. Then return to the panel to check your order status.
When does monthly plan data reset, and what happens if I upgrade?
Monthly plan data resets on the activation date each month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before confirming, check the order and validity period shown in the panel; an upgrade does not add data packs to your plan.
Do data packs expire, and who are they for?
Data packs never expire and remain valid until used. They suit people with irregular usage who want to keep unused data. A data pack is consumed as you use it; it does not renew monthly or provide unlimited data.
